What first caught my attention was their structure - one part is large, the other is short, but the balance is there. Cranes are mathematical, they are a combination of forms, movements, height and lifting capacity.

Cranes are part of our cities, we see them everywhere and we are used to them. Our eyes find the cranes as large temporary structures that don't break the views of the city. They are part of our capitalist system; the only thing they can do is build, we always need more houses, more offices, more places to stay. The buildings they are there to do will be around at least 200 years. Cranes change cities forever.
